Strawberry "Keto" Fudge

This strawberry fudge is smooth and dreamy good, packed with healthy fats and antioxidants.
Keto fudge is made with a high-fat base such as nut butter, coconut oil, avocados, or cream cheese. In addition to the fat base, you then add tasty low-carb goodies to go with the flavor.
Adding healthy fats to your diet in the form of no bake, real-fruit treats is the perfect quick and easy snack or dessert to curb your sweet tooth, keep hunger pangs at bay, keep energy levels up and help us maintain a healthy eating plan.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 oz strawberries, freeze dried, roughly chopped 


  • In the bowl of a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
    Fold in the freeze dried strawberries.
  • Line an 8×4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
    Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth with spatula.
    Refrigerate or freeze until set.
    Slice and serve.
