8ozcream cheese, room temperature
4tablespoonscoconut oil, melted
1-2tablespoonshoney or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoonvanilla extract
1ozstrawberries, freeze dried, roughly chopped
Instructions
In the bowl of a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the freeze dried strawberries.
Line an 8×4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth with spatula. Refrigerate or freeze until set.Slice and serve.
