Healthy Chocolate Mousse

Made with three simple ingredients this healthy Chocolate Mousse is rich, creamy and your ticket to pure chocolate heaven!
An airy, delicious chocolate dessert that has it all. It’s quick and easy to make, perfect for easy entertaining or for a bit of comfort food on a busy weeknight. It can be whipped up in less than 5 minutes and will be enjoyed by all chocolate lovers!
Its the ultimate indulgent chocolate dessert and although it's super easy to make, it is seriously impressive too.

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk or cream full fat
  • 2-3 tablespoons cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Chill a can of coconut milk (not reduced fat) overnight in the refrigerator.
    Open and drain off the coconut water, save this water and use it in a smoothie.
  • Scoop out the coconut cream into a bowl.
    Mix with a hand or stand mixer until light and airy.
    Add dry cocoa powder and honey.
    Mix until well combined and creamy
    Enjoy with fresh fruit like: strawberries, raspberries or bananas.
