Are these Frozen Yogurt Berry Bites too pretty to eat? Never!
But these babies are stunning. The contrast of reds of the strawberries and raspberries against creamy yogurt allows us to eat this with our eyes before we take the first bite.
Its a healthy snack that’s bursting with flavor. With Greek yogurt and fresh berries, this sweet treat is perfect for a healthy snack or dessert. Fun to make, delicious to eat, full of simple and healthy ingredients, and pretty too.
This recipe has a simple nutty base then a layer of yogurt, then the berries on top. Protein packed, no-bake, and perfect to stash in your freezer to grab whenever the craving for a special ‘something’ hits.
The beauty of this recipe is that you can add as much (or as little) sweetener as you like, use different nuts or seeds in the base or any fruit and berries that you like to make it in your way and taste.
You may have also seen the viral recipe on social media, specifically the strawberry yogurt bites on TikTok. But, trust me, this version is better! It’s a great way to sneak in some healthy ingredients and protein.
Why you will love these Frozen Yogurt Bites:
Delicious: fresh strawberries, honey, and tangy yogurt make the best combination.

Fun for the Whole Family: the kids can help make this tasty snack and you can feel good about feeding it to them. This would be a fun activity for them.
Variations:
This strawberry yogurt bite recipe is delicious all on its own, but there are some tasty ways to adapt this to your tastes:
Change the fruit: fresh blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries would be a delicious alternative.
Use different yogurt: try strawberry Greek yogurt, vanilla yogurt, dairy-free yogurt, or coconut yogurt instead of plain.
Fun Ways to Enjoy:
In addition to eating these yogurt bites on their own, sometimes I like to chop up a few bites and add to my smoothie bowl or on top of a scoop of ice cream for added crunch.
Another great thing about these little Greek yogurt bites is that they are super versatile, so feel free to change around the ingredients to suit what you have on hand.
Why not try changing it up by adding:

❤️sprinkle of shredded coconut
❤️sprinkle of chocolate chips or cacao with the fruit
❤️Toppings: add some crushed peanuts, hemp seeds, or mini chocolate chips to the top of each yogurt cup before freezing for a satisfying crunch.
