Start your morning off with a bang! This yogurt parfait is packed with protein, fiber, and antioxidants but it definitely isn’t lacking in flavor! It will leave you feeling satisfied and ready to make your day nothing less than amazing.
This is a fun breakfast idea that can be assembled in minutes and eaten on-the-go or packed as a healthy lunch. Even picky children love these yummy parfaits!
You can make these parfaits ahead and its fun to switch up the flavors by using different types of berries or granola. You can experiment and find the combo you enjoy the most. It’s a beautiful thing.

Servings 1


  • 1 cup Greek or your choice of yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup berries or fruit of choice
  • 1/4 cup granola or muesli
  • 1 serving protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey, maple syrup (optional)
  • Toppings of choice, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, granola, sliced fruit


  • Mix together yogurt, protein powder and sweetener if using.
    Layer half the yogurt mixture, half the berries and half the granola in a parfait glass, regular glass, Mason jar, or bowl.
    Top with your choice of toppings.
    Note: If you are going to be serving later, you might want to keep the granola separate so it stays crisp.
