Ingredients
1cupGreek or your choice of yoghurt
1/2cupberries or fruit of choice
1/4cupgranola or muesli
1servingprotein powder
1teaspoon honey, maple syrup (optional)
Toppings of choice, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, granola, sliced fruit
Instructions
Mix together yogurt, protein powder and sweetener if using.Layer half the yogurt mixture, half the berries and half the granola in a parfait glass, regular glass, Mason jar, or bowl.Top with your choice of toppings.Note: If you are going to be serving later, you might want to keep the granola separate so it stays crisp.
