Bircher Base
- 1 cup yogurt, coconut or Greek
- 1/2 cup instant or quick oats
- 2 tablespoons raisins or sultanas
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 scoop protein powder
Topping
- 2 tablespoons walnuts, toasted, chopped
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes, toasted
Optional Toppings
- Drizzle nut butter
- Chopped nuts
- Chopped fresh or dried fruit
- Seeds – hemp, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, chia
Instructions
- Add all of the Bircher base ingredients to a bowl and stir until well combined. Top with your choice of toppings.Enjoy straight away.
