Who knew? This delightfully sweet, creamy and rich dessert has spinach in it. Packed with a plethora of vitamins and filling fiber, spinach is one of the most popular veggies that’s recognized as a superfood. But it’s not usually treated as a dessert. That is, until now. But I can assure you, you won’t even taste it as there is so many other wonderful flavours in the recipe to mask it.
1 banana, chopped frozen
1 cup pineapple, cubed frozen
1 cup spinach or kale, chopped frozen
1 cup full fat coconut milk or cream
