Tahini Vanilla Freezer Fudge

Ingredients
- 1 cup tahini (sesame butter( well stirred
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Toppings
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Flaky sea salt - optional
Instructions
- Line a 8 x 4-inch loaf pan (or a similar sized dish) with parchment paper and set it aside. Or use a silicone baking pan.Add tahini, honey, coconut oil, vanilla, and cocoa powder to a mixing bowl. Mix together until a thick and smooth fudge batter forms.Pour the fudge batter into the lined loaf pan and use a spatula or back of a spoon to spread the fudge evenly in the pan. Then, sprinkle with sea salt and/or chocolate chipsFreeze for at least one hour, and once the fudge has frozen through, remove it from the freezer and cut it into 12 square slices. Enjoy immediately and store any remaining fudge slices in the freezer so they do not melt.
