Passionfruit Overnight Protein Oats For One
Ingredients
Oat Layer
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop protein or collagen peptides powder
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
Toppings
- 1/4 cup thick Greek-style yogurt
- 1 tablespoon white chocolate chips
- 2 tablesppoons passionfruit pulp
Instructions
- Place oat layer ingredients in a bowl or container, mix to combine. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until thickened.For the chocolate ganache, place the white chocolate in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 10 second intervals until melted. Or use double boiler method - (pot of boiling water with a bowl resting on top) melt the chocolate chips.Mix until smooth then mix into the yogurt and spread over the oats.Top with passionfruit pulp and place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set.
