My Everyday Green Smoothie

My Green Smoothie is a nutritional powerhouse filled with veges, fruit, protein, healthy carbohydrates and fats. This recipe is not new, but it’s new to this blog.
Behind the scenes, it’s my favorite green smoothie recipe, the one that I make whenever I want to pack a bunch of nutrients into a single meal and have them taste like dessert.
It’s super thick and frosty, lightly sweet, and brimming with fresh produce like citrus, spinach, and banana. If you’re looking for a new healthy breakfast or snack to add to your rotation, I can’t recommend it enough.
The biggest tip I can share is that its important to be prepared to make a delicious green smoothie in a moment’s notice, because every minute in the morning is precious! We simple don’t want to waste time measuring protein powder, chopping fruit, or looking for ingredients.
So, I meal prep smoothies by having all the ingredients on hand and ready to go. This means I always have my freezer stocked with frozen fruit and greens and pre-portion all of the add-ins like protein powder!
Here is my simple green smoothie recipe and it’s a great way to get some health and goodness into your body. Packed full of healthy ingredients, it’s filling enough for breakfast or great as an afternoon pick me up.
This is the only green shake you are going to need, naturally sweetened with fruit, loaded with greens and protein and packed with nutrients and healthy fats.
Subtly sweet and perfect for breakfast on the go for any busy person.
