Ingredients

Berry Layer

  • 1/2 medium banana, sliced, frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries – raspberries, blueberries
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1 tablespoon protein or collagen powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)

Green Layer

  • 1/2 medium banana, sliced, frozen
  • 1/2 cup mango or pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 1 cup loosely-packed spinach
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1 tablespoon protein or collagen powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)

Instructions

Berry Layer

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour berry smoothie into 2 glasses, filling halfway. Set aside.

Green Layer

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and blend on high speed until smooth,
    Divide green smoothie between glasses, pouring on top of berry layer.
    Enjoy immediately!
