Its so thick and satisfying it will keep you full for hours, only uses 5 simple ingredients, and can be ready in just a few minutes! You can use different flavors of protein powder too for different combos that will satisfy the fiercest sweet tooth!
Its also a great way to eat cleaner. If you have ever checked the package of store-bought puddings, you may have probably come across a long, endless list of ingredients. Sugar, gums and thickeners included. But things are different for this recipe, which only requires Greek yogurt, protein powder cocoa powder and chia seeds!
To elevate your chocolate protein pudding even further, add some more nutrition and ‘oomph’ to it you can add a dollop of delicious whipped coconut cream.
This game-changing, plant-based super healthy recipe is the perfect breakfast, snack or late night protein option, keeping you feeling fuller for longer!
You won’t believe how easy it is to make. Just blend the ingredients together until you get a smooth, creamy consistency, add your dollop of coconut cream/and or berries and…..boom….you are done!

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

Optional Toppings

  • Whipped coconut cream (recipe link below in notes)
  • Fresh berries or fruit
  • Chocolate chips


  • Add all ingredients to a blender jar or magic bullet.  Blend until the chia seeds are completely blended and a thick mixture forms.
    Serve immediately or let chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
    Top with your preferred toppings.
