  • 2 frozen chopped bananas
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon hazelnut butter or Nutella
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1 scoop any protein powder (optional)
  • toppings such as chocolate chips, cacao nibs, chopped hazelnuts or coconut shreds
