Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie Recipe (Single Serve)

A single serving protein cookie recipe packed with healthy fats and protein!.

Ideal for a delicious soft baked cookie in 10 minutes or less.

 

Ingredients

2 tablespoons protein powder of choice

1 teaspoon sweetener of choice

1 tablespoon peanut (or any nut) butter

½ to 1 tablespoon water or milk of choice

1 tablespoon chocolate chips (optional but recommended!)

Directions

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Mix all ingredients for the cookie in a bowl with ½ tablespoon water or milk. If dough is too stiff add the second ½ measure of the water or milk. Line an oven proof plate with baking paper. Place your dough onto it and press it down forming a cookie shape. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

It should still be a little soft inside. Top with optional topping!

Variations: Sprinkles: Add 1 teaspoon sprinkles of choice.

Caramel: Top with ½ teaspoon honey mixed with ½ teaspoon nut butter.

Bounty: Add chocolate chips and desiccated coconut
