  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup peanut (or any other nut or seed) butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)


  • To prepare the cheesecake bites: Allow cream cheese and peanut butter to sit at room temperature until softened.
    In a bowl, combine peanut butter, cream cheese, and sweetener, stirring until well-mixed and very smooth.
    Scoop small golf-sized of dough and form balls. You will get between 6-12 balls depending on what size you make them. You can use silicone moulds if you prefer in any shape or size.
    Also you can dip/roll your cheesecake bites into crushed chocolate chips but this step is optional.
    Arrange your bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 2 hours or, until solid. Store in the freezer in an airtight container.
