Berry Freezer Fudge


This nut buttery fudge is rich and decadent, high in healthy fats and protein and takes no time to make. And best part is that there is no added sugar! The perfect after dinner healthy treat when you’re craving a little something.

Berries and lemon are a match made in heaven. They dance and twirl on the taste buds creating an exquisite medley of flavours. In this berry fudge recipe. It’s very rich, yet you needn’t feel guilty, because all of the ingredients are good for you. It’s easy to feel satiated with only one or two small squares too.

They make an excellent treat or gift, and with only 5 ingredients, are quick and simple to make.


1 cup any type of frozen berries

1 cup cashew (or any other nut) butter

3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Lemon zest for garnish (optional)


Line a 8×8 cake pan with a parchment paper overhang. While this isn’t necessary, it will make removing and cutting the fudge easier.

Place all ingredients in the base of a food processor and blend until well combined, scraping down the sides as needed. Pour the mixture into the prepared container and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours, or until firm.

Remove and slice into 12-16 pieces. Store in the freezer in a freezer-safe container.
