Banana Hemp Seed Sushi Slices

A fun and healthy way to serve and prepare bananas. Bananas are sliced and covered in nut butter, hemp seeds, and whatever else you fancy.
This fast and fabulous snack can help boost brainpower during that mid-afternoon sluggish time at the office or post-school energy crash and even curb pre-dinner appetite when we tend to graze.  Enjoy a variety of options to top your banana sushi, like goji berries, crushed pistachios, chocolate or hazelnut spread or almond butter.
Perfect for school lunch treats, after school snacks, or as a simple dessert for those evenings you just need to do something fast. Spread, slap, roll, slice, sprinkle, done!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon any nut or seed butter
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts (seeds)

Instructions

  • Peel banana and smear nut butter across top of banana.
    Sprinkle hemp seeds on top.
    Cut into thick slices

Notes

Banana. Since the size of bananas can vary, you may need to use a little more than (1) tablespoon of nut butter + hemp seeds to cover the surface of the banana.
Hemp Seeds. Although a superfood health infusion they can be substituted with sesame seeds, shredded coconut, chia seeds, etc.
