Protein Ice Cream (3 Ingredient)

 Whip up a batch of this protein ice cream whenever an ice cream craving strikes.
It is so soft you don't need an ice cream scoop. And every bite melts in your mouth.
Plus, this high-protein ice cream is so good for you that you can enjoy a few scoops for breakfast. Ice cream from breakfast? It's a wonderful way to wake up your metabolism!

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz can coconut milk or cream
  • 1/2 cup any protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
    Pour the mixture into a well greased loaf pan.
    Freeze for several hours until hardened.
    Once frozen solid, remove for 10-15 minutes from the freezer before serving.
