Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge Ever!

 It tastes like a decadent treat, loaded with sugar and other unhealthy things, but it's actually GOOD for you! Made with just FOUR ingredients, it's easy to assemble, and there's NO baking required for the final product.
Quick and easy and healthier than traditional fudge. It also doesn’t contain any refined sugar, butter, marshmallows or condensed milk and no candy thermometer required. It has the best texture and is sweet, with lots of peanut butter flavor.
We may wonder if the words healthy, peanut butter,and fudge all be in the same title? Indeed, they can.
I've been making some variation of this recipe for many years, it's THAT good!

Cravings are bad news as they will make you turn towards unhealthy food. That’s why I’ve got a fix for your sweet tooth in the form of this delicious peanut fudge.
Its the perfect healthier dessert or snack option that is sure to put a smile on your face.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter - creamy works best
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Line a small baking dish (I use a 7 x 5 inch Pyrex dish) with parchment paper.
    Add the peanut butter, coconut oil, and honey to a small saucepan.
    Heat the pan over low heat. Stir the mixture until melty and well combined.
    Remove pan from heat and stir in the vanilla.
    Pour the peanut butter mixture into the dish and spread it out evenly.
    Freeze for 20-30 minutes or until solid.
    Cut into 12-16 or more squares depending on your preferred size.
