Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup cocoa or cacao powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.In a small pan, combine coconut oil, cocoa, almond butter and honey.Heat over low heat and whisk until smooth. It does not need to boil or come to a certain temperature.As soon as it's smooth and combined, pour into prepared pan. Place in fridge and let set for at least 2 hours. Cut into 15 or more squares, depending on what size you prefer.Store in fridge or freezer.
