Protein fluff has become a popular media sensation, particularly within the fitness and health communities, due to its high protein content and low-calorie volume.
Protein fluff is an awesome frozen, thick, “marshmallowy”, airy light, pudding-type, ice cream like substance made with a mixture of ingredients like protein powder, milk, yogurt, cream cheese and sometimes frozen fruit. It’s delicious, quite high in volume and high in protein.
It’s a calorie friendly recipe; rather low in both fat and carbohydrates – making it a satiating stand-alone dessert, breakfast or anytime snack. It’s also a great topping for things like pancakes or cheesecakes! The “fluff” effect is achieved by blending certain ingredients until a light, airy consistency is reached, similar to whipped cream or marshmallow fluff.
This recipe is a dreamy mix of rich cream cheese and tangy Greek yogurt, sweetened just right with a touch of honey and flavored with vanilla for that classic cheesecake taste. But unlike traditional cheesecake, this version is packed with protein and takes minutes to make, no baking required.
This protein fluff tastes just like the inside of a cheesecake – sweet, tangy, and vanilla-rich with a creamy, decadent mouthfeel. Thanks to the whipped cream cheese and Greek yogurt, it’s smooth and thick but with a light, mousse-like fluffiness that feels indulgent without being too heavy.
Each serving has over 24 grams of protein, making it perfect for a post-dinner treat, mid-afternoon snack, or even a quick sweet breakfast. The Greek yogurt and protein powder do the heavy lifting here, while the cream cheese brings in that classic cheesecake flavor and creaminess. And the best part is you only need 3 main ingredients to make it. With just a few ingredients, you can fill an entire salad bowl and find yourself sitting down with a soup spoon eating what looks like a calorific bomb of fluffy decadence.
Warning: Once you try it, you can’t stop making it. Your taste buds will LOVE it. It’s a healthy meal or snack to die for! And yet it’s a low-calorie snack.
Protein fluff’s filling and low-calorie nature is precisely what makes it a staple among many fitness people and dieters. It is also extremely easy to make and requires just three basic ingredients: milk, yogurt and protein powder – pretty much the same stuff you use in a protein shake or smoothie.
Protein Fluff truly is the discovery of the century! From a few ingredients, you conjure up a super airy mousse. The amount will also be 2x as much as you started with, so this recipe is just magical! Not only is it easy to whip up when you are feeling “munchy” but after-dinner is when the biggest chocolate cravings occur. Making this a “fix-all” protein recipe.
Protein Fluff – A tasty way to get more protein. With 24 grams of grass-fed protein per serving, this is a sweet dessert experience that can actually help you lose weight. *Uh huh, you read that correctly.*
Protein is the star ingredient in this recipe, which means after you have spooned your way to the bottom of your dessert cup, you can expect to feel fuller for longer and overall, extremely satiated. The best gift of all? Your body uses more energy to digest protein and in turn, gives your metabolism a natural boost. And while most of us are aware of the benefits of protein, the fact is that it’s hard to get enough protein per day.
Thinking of a protein-packed sweet as a healthy weight loss tool can feel ironic, but if you ask me, it’s something to celebrate. Just like you.
After all, it’s your party – you can eat what you want to.
