Reese’s Cheesecake Protein Cup For One
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup thick Greek-style yogurt, plain or vanilla
- 1 scoop protein or collagen peptides powder, plain or vanilla
- 1 tablespoon peanut (or any nut or seed) butter
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Magic Shell Topping
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients into a blender.Blend on high until the mixture is silky and completely smooth.Pour into serving glass or dish.
Magic Shell Topping
- Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in small dish and microwave with 15 second bursts stirring between each one until melted and smooth.Or use double boiler method - (pot of boiling water with a bowl resting on top) melt the chocolate chips and the coconut oil together.Once melted drizzle a thin layer over the top of the cheesecake cup. Chill for 30 minutes if you would like it extra thick and cold.
