What Ingredients do I need for Chocolate Peanut Clusters?

This recipe is absolutely fool-proof so don’t be afraid to let your kids help out in the kitchen!

Salted Roasted Peanuts: The roasted peanuts add a deep roasted peanut-y flavor to the clusters. But you can use any nuts you like.

Dried Cranberries are a superstar in their own right. They are rich in Vitamin C and supplies adequate essential dietary fiber and proteins. Furthermore, dried cranberries also offer the key spectrum of B vitamins to regulate metabolism and cellular energy requirements. But you can use any dried fruit like raisins, apricots, dried pineapple or berries.

Chocolate  Chips: Use any chocolate or chocolate chips like dark, white, milk, semi-sweet or even a mix. Using quality chocolate helps this recipe taste better and melt easier because of the lower wax content in the chocolate.

Sprinkles.  For a more festive touch, add sprinkles to the clusters after they are formed on the trays but before they harden. You might also like a light sprinkling of sea salt for a sweet and salty flavor combination. Sprinkles and the alike, are also totally optional.

Make your own creation but whatever you put in them, you can bank of it that these nut clusters will be sweet, salty, nutty and crunchy, and incredibly delicious. Everyone who tries them, thinks they are amazing and has no clue they are sugar-free.

To be honest, most store bought sweets don’t offer much, if any, protein or fiber. This clusters recipe is an exception, delivering approximately 6 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber per serving to help satisfy your sweet tooth in a healthier way.

I’ve been seeing those viral chocolate-covered fruit clusters all over social media lately. I just knew I had to try them with nuts and cranberries, because they are one of my favourite flavour combinations.

This recipe did not disappoint and was enjoyed by practically who tried one. Made with nutritious ingredients, this is a healthier dessert recipe that is sure to be a hit with the whole family.

The perfect after-dinner treat. Sweet, simple, delicious, and they look beautiful for holiday parties or as quick gifts. This recipe is no bake and so wonderfully easy and the perfect addition to any dessert table or  holiday party!

They are dense yet light, and the peanutty, yogurt, chocolate mix has a melt-in-your mouth quality. They are crispy and crunchy, yet soft and chewy. I give them a 1 on work, 10 on reward. I wish all sweet treat recipes delivered those results.

What I love about these types of nut and fruit clusters is that they turn those leftover baking ingredients, like half bags of dried cranberries, apricot pieces and almonds into a beautiful dessert or snack that looked planned all along. They are so simple to make and are easily adjusted to what you have on hand.

Unlike a traditional one big slab of chocolate bark, these sweets were made by shaping them into clusters, so they come out looking as great as they taste into delightful one serving portions. You can make these treats all year round, substituting seasonal dried fruits and different nuts for the occasion.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do. 🙂
