Blueberry Orange Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana, sliced, frozen
- 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1 orange, peel removed
- 3/4 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup thick Greek-style yogurt
- 1 scoop protein or collagen peptides powder, vanilla or plain
- 2 dates
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Add-Ins For More Nutrition & Flavour
- 1/2 cup kale or spinach or 1 tablespoon greens powder
- 1/2 cup pineapple for a tropical twist
- Shredded coconut
Instructions
