Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana, sliced, frozen
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 orange, peel removed
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup thick Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein or collagen peptides powder, vanilla or plain
  • 2 dates
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Add-Ins For More Nutrition & Flavour

  • 1/2 cup kale or spinach or 1 tablespoon greens powder
  • 1/2 cup pineapple for a tropical twist
  • Shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
