- Juice of 2 oranges (freshly squeezed)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons blue spirulina powder
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger root
- 2 scoops unflavoured protein powder (whey isolate, plant-based, or collagen peptides)
- 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
