Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water
  • Juice of 2 oranges (freshly squeezed)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons blue spirulina powder
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger root
  • 2 scoops unflavoured protein powder (whey isolate, plant-based, or collagen peptides)
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  • Add coconut water, orange juice, lemon juice, blue spirulina, ginger, protein powder, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
    Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until completely smooth and vibrant blue.
    If needed, strain through a fine mesh sieve for an extra-smooth texture.
    Pour into small glass bottles or jars.
    Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Shake well before drinking.
