Cosmic Brownie Protein Bowl

Cosmic Brownie Protein Bowl

If Cosmic Brownies were your childhood obsession, this recipe is about to bring back memories in the best possible way.

This Cosmic Brownie Protein Bowl has all the rich chocolate flavour and fudgy brownie vibes of the classic treat – but transformed into a thick, creamy, protein-packed dessert you can enjoy any time. It’s smooth, chocolatey, slightly fluffy, and topped with colourful sprinkles for that unmistakable Cosmic Brownie feel.

But unlike the original, this version actually supports your body.

That’s the Blended Bites way.

Dessert That Actually Satisfies

One of the biggest problems with traditional desserts is that they are often all sugar and very little substance. They taste amazing for about five minutes… then come the cravings, the crash, and the “what else can I eat?” feeling.

This protein bowl changes that.
By combining:

✔ Protein
✔ Healthy fats
✔ Fibre
✔ Rich chocolate flavour

You get something that tastes indulgent but actually keeps you satisfied.
It’s the kind of dessert you finish and genuinely feel good afterwards.

The Secret to That Brownie Batter Texture

The magic here comes from blending protein-rich ingredients into a silky smooth base.

You can use:
Cottage cheese
Greek yogurt
Or a mix of both

And once blended? Completely different texture.

No lumps.
No “healthy dessert weirdness.”
Just thick, creamy mousse that tastes like brownie batter.

Why Protein Desserts Make Such a Difference

Cottage cheese especially is one of the most underrated high-protein ingredients out there. Once blended, it becomes smooth and creamy with a neutral flavour that works beautifully in chocolate recipes.

Add cacao powder, protein powder, and a little sweetness and suddenly you’ve got a dessert that tastes decadent while still being balanced.
Adding protein to desserts isn’t about making everything “diet food.” It’s about creating balance.
When your dessert includes protein and healthy fats, you:

✔ Feel fuller longer
✔ Reduce blood sugar spikes
✔ Support muscle recovery
✔ Reduce cravings later

So instead of feeling like dessert is “bad,” it simply becomes another nourishing part of your day.

That mindset shift matters.
