White Chocolate Coconut Protein Fudge

White Chocolate Coconut Protein Fudge

If you are a white chocolate lover, this one is about to become your new freezer favourite.

This White Chocolate Coconut Protein Fudge is creamy, sweet, melt-in-your-mouth soft, and packed with nourishing ingredients – exactly what we love here at Blended Bites. It tastes like a cross between white chocolate fudge and a coconut truffle, but with a protein boost that makes it feel like a snack you can enjoy any time of day.

No oven. No complicated steps. Just mix, press, chill, slice.

And yes… it’s as dreamy as it sounds.

Why This Fudge Is So Good

Traditional white chocolate fudge is typically loaded with sugar, condensed milk, and butter. Delicious? Yes. Nourishing? Not so much.

This version keeps all the creamy sweetness but swaps in better-for-you ingredients like:

Natural nut butter for richness
Coconut oil for that smooth fudge texture
Protein powder for structure and staying power
Shredded coconut for texture and tropical flavour
Melted white chocolate for that classic flavour

The result is soft, creamy squares with little flecks of coconut throughout, a subtle sweetness, and a satisfying bite that doesn’t leave you crashing an hour later. It’s the kind of treat that feels indulgent but secretly supports your energy and keeps you fuller for longer.

The Texture: Creamy Meets Coconut

The combination of melted white chocolate and coconut oil gives this fudge its silky texture. Once chilled, it firms up beautifully but still melts on your tongue. The shredded coconut adds chew and a slightly toasty flavour that pairs perfectly with the sweetness of white chocolate. If you love coconut-based desserts, this one will absolutely hit the spot.

For an even deeper coconut flavour, you can lightly toast the shredded coconut before mixing it in. That tiny extra step makes it taste like a coconut macaroon met white chocolate fudge… and they decided to become protein-packed best friends.

When to Enjoy It

This fudge works for:

A post-dinner sweet bite
Afternoon snack with coffee
Pre-workout energy boost
Meal prep freezer stash
A healthier addition to dessert platters

Customise It & Make It Your Own

Swap white chocolate for sugar-free white chocolate if preferred
Add lemon zest for a coconut-lemon twist
Stir in chopped macadamias for crunch
Drizzle dark chocolate on top for contrast

This recipe is incredibly forgiving and adaptable. Because it stores beautifully in the fridge or freezer, it’s one of those recipes you can make once and enjoy all week. 💥
