Creamy, fruity, and perfectly sweet – the ultimate Blended Bites freezer bar.
If you love that cashew-coconut-strawberry combo (think summer vibes, creamy textures, and just the right amount of sweetness), these no bake Strawberry Cashew Protein Bars are going to be on repeat in your kitchen.
They are soft, chewy and packed with flavour – all while being protein-rich and made from simple, nourishing ingredients. No oven. No complicated steps. Just blend, press, chill, drizzle… and try not to eat the whole batch at once.
Very Blended Bites.
Why These Bars Work
The base of these bars is built on wholesome ingredients that create that signature thick, fudgy texture. Think oats and cashews for structure and slow-release energy, nut butter for richness, and protein powder for staying power. The coconut element comes in three forms – shredded coconut for texture and coconut oil and milk for that smooth, luscious finish.
Strawberries bring natural sweetness and brightness. Instead of artificial flavouring, we use intensely flavoured freeze-dried strawberries in the drizzle, which adds a pop of colour and fresh flavour that cuts through the coconut and cashew layer beautifully.
The result? A slightly chewy base and a naturally sweet strawberry topping that makes these bars look as good as they taste.
They are perfect as:
A post-workout snack
A mid-afternoon energy boost
A healthier dessert
A freezer treat on warm days
And because they are no bake, they are ideal for meal prep.
Make them once, slice, store, and grab whenever cravings hit. 🌸
