- 1 cup soft dates, (if hard, soak 30 minutes and drain)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried raspberries
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for richness)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Optional Coatings
- Extra shredded coconut
- Crushed freeze-dried raspberries
- Drizzle of melted chocolate
Instructions
