Raspberry Coconut Protein Balls

Creamy • Fruity • No-Bake Protein Treats

If you love those nostalgic Easter-style treats with soft fruity centres, these Raspberry Coconut Protein Balls are about to become your newest obsession. They are creamy, naturally sweet and bursting with raspberry flavour.

Think raspberry bounty bar … with a nourishing protein-packed twist.

These little balls are soft and fudgy and made entirely with wholesome ingredients you can feel good about. No refined sugar, no baking, and no complicated steps – just simple ingredients transformed into something truly special. They are beautiful enough for gifting, fun enough for holidays and celebrations, and easy enough to keep in the freezer for everyday snacking.

The Perfect Raspberry + Coconut Combination

Raspberry and coconut are one of those flavour pairings that somehow feel both refreshing and indulgent at the same time. The coconut brings creaminess and subtle sweetness, while raspberries add brightness and a gentle tartness that cuts through the richness beautifully. Together, they create a filling that tastes vibrant, creamy, and completely irresistible.

In these protein balls, shredded coconut forms the soft base while raspberry jam naturally flavours the filling. The result is a gorgeous pink centre that feels almost too pretty to eat.

Almost.

Why These Taste Like Dessert (But Feel Better)

Traditional chocolate coconut treats are usually loaded with icing sugar and condensed milk. This healthier version swaps those ingredients for protein powder, coconut, nut butter, and natural sweeteners – creating the same indulgent experience without the sugar overload.

The protein powder blends beautifully into the filling, helping create a creamy texture while also adding staying power. Instead of a quick sugar rush followed by an energy crash, these leave you feeling satisfied and energised.

They are perfect for:

Healthy dessert cravings
Post-workout snacks
Meal prep treats
Afternoon sweet fixes
Easter or holiday platters

No Bake, Easy to Make

These protein balls may look fancy, but they are surprisingly simple.
All you need to do is:
Blend
Shape
Freeze
No oven. No special skills. Just delicious results.
They are also freezer-friendly, meaning you can always have a nourishing treat ready whenever cravings strike.

The Final Bite

These Raspberry Coconut Protein Balls are creamy, fruity, and so yummy – everything you want in a sweet treat, made with ingredients that truly nourish your body.

They are playful, beautiful, and dangerously addictive in the very best way. One bite and you will want a permanent stash in your freezer.

Ingredients

Raspberry Coconut Filling

  • 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam – store bought or homemade recipe below in notes
  • 3 tablespoons coconut cream or melted coconut oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or cashew butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Toppings

  • Freeze-dried raspberry crumbs
  • Extra shredded coconut
  • Drizzle of white chocolate

Instructions

  • Add shredded coconut, protein powder, coconut cream, maple syrup, nut butter, and vanilla to a food processor.
Blend until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together when pressed.
If needed, add 1–2 teaspoons of water or milk to help it combine.
Scoop a small portion of the coconut mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place a tiny dollop of raspberry jam in the center.
💡Tip: Keep the jam dollop small and centered. Too much filling bursts through the coconut shell when you shape the ball.
Fold the coconut mixture around the jam and gently roll between your palms into a ball, sealing completely.
Place each ball on a parchment-lined tray and chill for at least 1 hour until firm.
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months
Best enjoyed chilled for the perfect creamy texture.
