Ingredients

- 1 cup soft dates, (if hard, soak in warm water for 10 minutes and drain)
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa or cacao powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter, peanut butter, or cashew butter
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Optional Coating
- Melted dark chocolate
- Cocoa powder
- Crushed nuts
- Shredded coconut
Instructions
