You can customize the sweetness level to your personal taste with honey or maple syrup. With just a few simple ingredients and less than 15 minutes of prep time, you can enjoy these healthy treats once they are frozen…in just 2 hours from now!

Are these Berry Yogurt Protein Clusters too pretty to eat? Never! A healthy treat that looks as fancy and indulgent as this gourmet dessert is just the look I was going for here! It is difficult to take any credit for it though. The beauty comes from the splendid color of berries. The contrast of reds, against the pure white yogurt allows us to eat this with our eyes before we take the first bite.

Fun to make, delicious to eat, and full of simple and healthy ingredients, and pretty too. Protein packed, no-bake, and perfect to stash in your freezer to grab whenever the craving for a special ‘something’ hits. The recipe also makes a super delicious dessert, loaded with protein, fruits and nuts.

The beauty of this recipe is that you can chose plain or a sweetened yogurt, add as much (or as little) sweetener as you like, use different nuts or seeds in the base or any fruit and berries that you like to make it in your way and taste.

Protein packed, no-bake, and perfect to stash in your freezer to grab whenever the craving for a special ‘something’ hits. Whether you are looking for an easy, on-the-go breakfast or an any time sweet snack, or a delicious dessert, these yogurt clusters are the answer.

They come together in only 10 minute – just make sure to give them plenty of time to chill in the freezer so that they set completely. Make them the night before, then enjoy the easiest breakfast or afternoon snack the next day.

I prefer to use plain yogurt—with honey and vanilla for flavor and sweetness – instead of a pre-flavored yogurt to control the sweetness. You can really get creative with your fruit additions. I went with cherries, but feel free to use your favorite berries or chopped fruit.

They are a little hard straight out of the freezer but if you let them sit for 15 minutes they become softer and easier to eat. You can even break popsicle sticks in half and pop one into each bite for easier eating.
