Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced, frozen
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop protein or collagen peptides powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings Optional

  • Whipped coconut cream – recipe below in notes
  • Fresh fruit or berries
  • Chopped nuts
  • Shredded coconut
  • Seeds like hemp or chia
  • Granola

Instructions

  • Place banana, milk, cottage cheese, protein powder, honey and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth.
    Pour into a mason jar or glass and serve with whipped coconut cream, sliced bananas and toppings of choice.
     Cover and refrigerate for an hour or more before eating.
