This homemade ice cream is so yummy. It's smooth, and creamy, and bursting with a sweet strawberry flavor in every bite. It’s a no-churn recipe, easy to make with only 4ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, frozen (or any other fruit)
  • 1 cuo heavy cream (must be COLD)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Note: Place the heavy whipping cream in your freezer for 10-15 minutes before getting started so that it gets super cold.
    Place all ingredients into a food processor or high speed blender and blend until everything is beautifully smooth (only takes a few seconds).
    Once done, transfer your frosty creation into a freezer-safe container and let it freeze for at least 2 hours to achieve that perfect firmness. Or eat as is for soft serve perfection.
