There is a reason protein snack balls are often called bliss balls – every bite is pure happiness! These are super nut buttery with just the right amount of natural sweetness from dates. They are perfectly chewy, so healthy and full of flavor. You simply can’t go wrong with the nut butter and chocolate combo.
Vanilla protein powder is the “secret” ingredient in these. When combined with the nut butter and dates, the flavors of the protein powder add a fudgy sweetness to the balls and taste just like the inside of a peanut butter cup. Natural sweetness has never tasted so good. Zero baking needed – just mix, shape, chill, and eat. Plus, they are refined sugar-free, packed with 8.5 grams of protein per serving for an easy grab-and-go protein treat.
