This recipe is full of feel-good ingredients and irresistibly delicious! It has to be the easiest no bake protein balls recipe you can find. No blender needed, just mix in a bowl and form into balls. Take 10 minutes to whip up a batch of these bad boys and snack healthy all week long!
I know some people love their store-bought protein bars (and I have a few favs too) but I honestly really like making homemade protein balls because I can control what ingredients go into the mix AND they are way cheaper. Plus, coming up with the different flavor combinations is so much fun.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats, instant or quick
  • 1 cup peanut (or any other nut) butter
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 scoops protein or collagen powder (4 tablespoons)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to combine into a thick dough. Once combined, use a small cookie scoop or tablespoon to scoop and form the dough into around 20 balls depending on your size preference.
    Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.
