Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1-2 lemons, juice and zest, depending on how lemon-ey you like it
- 1/4-1/2 cup coconut or any milk, as needed
- 2 tablespoons any nut or seed butter
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 scoop protein or collagen powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth and creamy using just enough milk to loosen the mixture and get things moving. The less the better as the nice cream will be thicker.Taste test and add more honey or lemon if you think it needs it.Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.
