These frozen yogurt raspberries are dangerously good. Sweet. Refreshing and packed with protein. Too easy to eat by the handful. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!  😊

I always have Greek yogurt in my fridge. So I figured it would be super easy to jazz up the yogurt some with some protein powder, honey and vanilla extract, dip the raspberries in it, then freeze them. Oh my. What a result!

It was the perfect answer to freezing my raspberries and not letting them go to waste. Plus I can grab a couple out of the freezer whenever I want a little snack.

These delightful little frozen protein bites are fun to make, delicious to eat, and full of simple and healthy ingredients, and pretty too. Protein packed, no-bake, and perfect to stash in your freezer to grab whenever the craving for a special ‘something’ hits.

The beauty of this recipe is that you can add as much (or as little) sweetener as you like, use any fruit and berries that you like to make it in your way and taste.

Whether you are looking for an easy, on-the-go breakfast or an any time sweet snack, or a delicious dessert, these fro-yo raspberry bites are the answer. All you need are 4 ingredients (plus your chosen fruit!) to create these bites: plain yogurt, protein powder, honey, and vanilla extract.

They come together in only 10 minute – just make sure to give them plenty of time to chill in the freezer so that they set completely. Make them the night before, then enjoy the easiest breakfast or afternoon snack the next day.

I prefer to use plain yogurt – with honey and vanilla for flavor and sweetness—instead of a pre-flavored yogurt to control the sweetness. You can really get creative with your fruit additions.

Most fruit will work well in these bites. You can use a flavored yogurt as the base for more sweetness and flavour. Or you can add some cocoa powder to the yogurt for a chocolate flavoured twist.

Fro-Yo Raspberry Protein Bites

I'm in LOVE with this little snack/dessert. I love it's creamy lightly sweet and fruity flavor with just a tiny bit of pucker. All you need is some raspberries, Greek-style yogurt, your favorite protein powder, honey and vanilla.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein or collagen powder, plain or vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a small bowl mix together the yogurt, protein powder, honey and vanilla extract.
    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    Use a toothpick and dip a raspberry into the yogurt mixture, then place on the baking sheet. Repeat with all of the raspberries.
    Freeze 1-2 hours (hardest part is waiting 🤭)
    Eat straight from the freezer. thank me later!
