Fro-Yo Raspberry Protein Bites

I'm in LOVE with this little snack/dessert. I love it's creamy lightly sweet and fruity flavor with just a tiny bit of pucker. All you need is some raspberries, Greek-style yogurt, your favorite protein powder, honey and vanilla.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein or collagen powder, plain or vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a small bowl mix together the yogurt, protein powder, honey and vanilla extract.
    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    Use a toothpick and dip a raspberry into the yogurt mixture, then place on the baking sheet. Repeat with all of the raspberries.
    Freeze 1-2 hours (hardest part is waiting 🤭)
