Naturally sweetened: No refined sugar required
It’s ideal as a post-workout bite, an afternoon pick-me-up, or a healthier dessert when chocolate cravings hit.
The Secret to Perfect Texture
The base layer combines nut butter, protein powder, and cocoa to create a soft, fudgy consistency that firms up beautifully once chilled. The chocolate topping adds contrast – a smooth, snappy layer that makes each piece feel like a gourmet chocolate bar.
Because it’s bark, there is no pressure to shape perfect pieces. Simply spread, chill, and break into rustic shards. That effortless style is part of its charm.
Customizable and Crowd-Friendly
One of the best things about chocolate bark is how adaptable it is. You can keep it simple or add your favorite toppings like different nut mixes, shredded coconut, cacao nibs, or even freeze-dried berries for a pop of color and texture.
Make it once and you will quickly realize it’s one of those recipes you can reinvent again and again depending on what you have in your pantry.
