Chocolate Protein Fudge Pops

These super simple chocolate Fudgesicles are so rich and creamy, but made without any dairy at all! Made simply with only a handful of ingredients these naturally sweetened popsicles will be loved by both kids and adults alike.
These delicious Fudgesicles are made with coconut milk and chocolate and require no special machine to make them other than a blender and a popsicle mold.
But best of all there is a hidden nutritional component to it! You can add either a protein or collagen powder to your fudgesicle to give it super powers!
It’s shocking how good these are! These babies are the perfect healthy sweet treat as the protein content will leave you feeling full while also satisfying and helping to curb sugar cravings while still being healthy!
That’s really the trick with eating healthier, its not limiting or denying yourself yummy things, its about ADDING good stuff so you don’t crave the not-so-good high sugar things that can wreck health.
Its about making sure you get all the good nutrients you need which means ADDING lots of good stuff so it crowds out the ‘not-so-good’ stuff. And these popsicles are some of the good stuff.
They are always fun to make - not to mention pretty simple, too. Look no further than these extra chocolatey, super filling fudgesicles to help crush night-time sweet cravings without the sugar.
With >15g protein per pop, you can stay on track while still enjoying a refreshing and satisfying frozen treat that is actually good for you!

Equipment

  • Popsicle sticks

Ingredients

  • 1.5 13.5 oz cans coconut cream – full fat
  • 4 scoops protein or collagen powder
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chopped

Instructions

  • Place coconut cream and protein powder in a medium sized saucepan, stir to combine. Place on the stove top over low heat and gently warm up.
Once steam is starting to rise from the milk, add chocolate and whisk until the chocolate is melted and combined before removing from the stove and allowing to cool for 10-15 minutes.
Once the mixture has cooled divide the mixture between your popsicle molds. Place the popsicle stick into the middle of the molds before placing it in the freezer.
Fudgesicles will be ready to eat in about 4-6 hours. Once completely frozen, remove from molds and place in an airtight container with parchment between each popsicle. Store in freezer for up to 3 months.
Makes six to eight popsicles - depending on your mold size!
