Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek-style yogurt- 2% or 5% fat. Non-fat Greek yogurt won't be as creamy and thick.
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup protein or collagen peptides powder, vanilla or chocolate
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place chocolate chips in small dish and microwave with 20 second bursts stirring between each one until melted and smooth.
    Or use double boiler method - (pot of boiling water with a bowl resting on top)  to melt the chocolate chips.
    Add yogurt, melted chocolate, protein powder, honey, cocoa powder and vanilla extract into your stand mixer bowl. If you don't have a stand mixer, you can use a hand mixer.
    Whisk for about 4-5 minutes until you get a light voluminous mixture.
    Divide the mixture into two bowls and add toppings of choice. I used grated dark chocolate, flaky sea salt and sliced strawberries.
