  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen (or any other berry)
  • 1/2 banana, sliced, frozen
  • 1/2 cup kale or spinach (chopped) or a mix
  • 1 tablespoon almond (or any nut or seed) butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup


  • Blueberries
  • Cacao nibs
  • Drizzle almond butter


  • Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
    Top with your favourite toppings.
