- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavoured protein powder
- 1-3 tablespoons milk of choice (almond, oat or dairy), as needed
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings Optional
- Fresh or freeze-dried blueberries
- Chopped nuts
- Coconut flakes
- Nut butter drizzle

Instructions
- Add frozen bananas to a high-speed blender or food processor.Blend until crumbly, then add protein powder, a small splash of milk and vanilla extract.Continue blending until thick, smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
