- 1 banana, sliced, frozen
- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 scoops protein or collagen powder
- 1 tablespoon blue spirulina powder
Toppings - Optional
- Fresh fruit or berries
- Coconut flakes
- Granola
- Chopped nuts
- Seeds like hemp, pumpkin or sunflower
- Drizzle nut butter
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy.Top with your favorite ingredients! I used berries, sliced bananas, coconut flakes and some chocolate granola.
