Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced, frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 scoops protein or collagen powder
  • 1 tablespoon blue spirulina powder

Toppings - Optional

  • Fresh fruit or berries
  • Coconut flakes
  • Granola
  • Chopped nuts
  • Seeds like hemp, pumpkin or sunflower
  • Drizzle nut butter

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy.
    Top with your favorite ingredients! I used berries, sliced bananas, coconut flakes and some chocolate granola.
