Birthday Cake Protein Shake
Ingredients
- 1 large banana, sliced, frozen
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk
- 1/2 cup thick Greek-style yogurt
- 2 tablespoons cashew butter
- 2 tablespoons chia or hemp seeds
- 4 dates, or 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 scoops protein or collagen peptides powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings Optional
- Whipped coconut cream –store bought or recipe link below in notes
- 2 tablespoons Rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Top with whipped coconut cream and sprinkles.
